| We at Carrington Lhasa Apsos (Marsha, Goldy, and Dea Andrews) started our adventures in the world of the Lhasa Apso breed in 1999. Our first dog show season was in 2004. We breed Lhasa Apsos in hopes of being part of the betterment of the breed. We have been fortunate in finding mentors who truly care about the future of the breed and have the desire to educate us as we breed toward the Lhasa Apso Standard. All of our Lhasas live in our homes with us as part of our family. We at Carrington have an elite moral and ethical code. We breed only to further our line, and breeding program. We do not breed to produce puppies to sell to the public. Yes, some of the puppies we chose not to keep to further our line go into pet homes. The lucky people who adopt one of our puppies are part of the Carrington family for life and we are always interested in keeping updated on them. These famlies as you can see on our (In- their New homes page.) know they can always count on us to be here to answer questions, or address concerns. Goldy and Dea also started the company Doggie Doodle Grooming in 1999. Doggie Doodle was named Salt Lake City Magazines, Best Of The Beehive State "Top 100 business.'"in 2002. There experince as professional dog groomers and business owners has brought them opportunities to work with other Utah Companies to support Utah based, non profit organizations. Doggie Doodle was an active vendor and donated prizes for the Canine Carnival fund raiser to support Intermountain Therapy Animals Of Utah. Doggie Doodle was also a proud sponsor of 2002 annual "Strut Your Mutt" to benefit Utah's "No More Homeless Pets" for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which is one of the nations largest NO KILL animal shelters. They enjoy being an active member of Utah's dog community! |

| ~CREATION~ When God made the earth and the sky, the flowers and the trees, He then made all the animals, and all the birds and bees. And when His work was finished, not one was quite the same, He said, "I'll walk this earth of mine, and give each one a name." And so He traveled land and sea, and everywhere He went, a little creature followed Him, untill it's strenth was spent. When all were named upon the earth, and in the sky and sea.the little creature said, "Dear Lord, there's no name left for me." The Father sniffed and softly said, "I've left you 'till the end, I've turned my own name back to front, and called you Dog, my friend." *Author Unknown |
